Vladychuk Y. Surgical treatment of non-tumor diseases of anal canal and perineum tissues in the one-day surgery department

The study is based on the results of the examination and surgical treatment of 493 patients with non-tumor diseases of the anal canal and perineum tissues, 328 of which were outpatients, 165 - were treated in permanent departments of hospitals. With the aim of realization of the main task of research, the structure and organization of work of coloproctology service in the one-day surgical department was improved, the protocols of surgical treatment of non-tumor diseases of anal canal and perineum tissues patients were created. The comparative estimation of the results of surgical treatment of patients with the chronic piles of ІІІ-ІV of degree and chronic anal fissura, operated in one-day surgery department of policlinics and permanent proctology department of hospitals was conducted. It is established that due to the clear differentiated approach to the selection of the patients, surgical treatment of which can be done in ambulatory terms, to the use of the worked out algorithm of the anaesthetic provision, postoperative anaesthetizing improvement of the methodology of implementation of surgical operations, which foresaw the implementation of anopeksiya in treating the chronic piles of ІІІ-ІV of degree, and in the chronic anal fissura of anoplastyca by the mobilized leather shred of аnoderma, direct and remote results of surgical treatment of patients, operated in ambulatory terms are the best.
