Essay

This thesis is devoted to studying of clinicodiagnostic and prognostic meaning of level of natriuretic peptide by atrial fibrillation. The research is based on the results of examination and treatment of patients ill with the paroxysmal and long-lasting forms of atrial fibrillation accompanied with the hypertension of I-II stage without signs of cardiac insufficiency on sinus rhythm. The authors have established the interconnection between the level of NT pro BNP and development of attacks of atrial fibrillation as well as have proved a possibility of prognostication of new attacks and have developed a new prognostic formula for the direct and reverse count of development of atrial fibrillation. It was also proved that for achievement of the desired pressure level it is necessary to apply a combined therapy consisting of 3 preparations. It was also proved that among the patients ill with the hypertension of I-II stage without signs of cardiac insufficiency on sinus rhythm and frequent recurrences of atrial fibrillation a positive antiarithmic effect was achieved in 72,5% of cases during the period of 12 months of observation supported by the intake of the preparations of 1C class (Propafenone and Aethacyzin) and beta-blockers (Bisoprolol and Nebivololum).
