Essay

The thesis represents the complex research of the legal system mechanism of transfer of goods across the customs border of Ukraine with the use of special customs terms. These special terms can be of two kinds such as tariff benefits and non tariff privileges. The former are given to goods, the letter - to persons. Both groups of benefits represent the exception to the general rule of transfer of goods and persons across the customs border of the country.
