The thesis investigates the administratively-legal nature of public control over human rights observance at implementation of criminal punishments; content, principles, forms, methods and aims of public control. There has been conducted a detailed analysis of organizationally-legal principles of subjects of public control over human rights observance at implementation of criminal punishments.
