Essay

The aim of this dissertation is to ascertain the qualities of trust as a part of the process under various political regimes, particularly democracy. The results of this analysis demonstrate that the qualities of trust and legitimation, as well as their collaboration under contemporary democracy, are grounded in thorough exploration of causes of conception and support of trust, and in alienation of qualities that cause distrust and delegitimation; in alienation of the "linking trust" phenomenon that facilitates collaboration between an individual and various social groups, which are a part of civil society and cooperate with a country's diverse institutions; in analysis of major factors in conception, support, and restoration of legitimation through the prism of the contemporary political regime.
