Chernorotova O. Criteria of estimation of efficiency of sanatorium-resort rehabilitation of children and teenagers with the nonactive forms of tuberculosis of lungs.

Object of research: sanatorium-resort rehabilitation of children and teenagers with the nonactive forms of tuberculosis of lungs and infected by mycobacterium of tuberculosis. Purpose of research : increase of efficiency of sanatorium-resort treatment of children and teenagers with the different displays of tubercular infection and infected by mycobacterium of tuberculosis on the basis of development of criteria of estimation with the use of clinical and modern digital roentgenologic methods of research. Methods of research : clinical, instrumental, roentgenologic, laboratory, immunological, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the program of setting of natural and preformed physical factors is offered, the changes of cellular and humoral immunity are educed; gender and age-dependent changes of volume of thymus gland, three types of flow of tubercular process are set, the signs of activity of process are educed in 11,6 % cases, using worked out diagnostic complex. Novelty: expediency of setting of the sanatorium-resort modes is reasonable, first in the conditions of resort for children strucruture-functional researches of thymus are conducted; the most favorable functional reactions of organism are educed in reply to application to the children with the local forms of tuberculosis at concomitant vegetative disfunction of aromatherapy.
