The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of the theoretical and practical bases for state regulation in the field of housing and communal services on the regional level. An apparatus of concepts has been developed for the sphere of state regulation of housing and communal services on the regional level. The current state-of-the-art in the mentioned field has been investigated. Mechanisms for state regulation of housing and communal services on the regional level have been characterized. The normative and legal provision of housing and communal services development has been analyzed. The present condition of the housing and communal services in the Ukraine has been evaluated.
