Essay

Determined and substantiated the hygienic principles of forming of professional suitability of pupils and students of educational institutions of railway transport. Define the priority directions of training, forming and active development of psychophysiological functions and personality of adolescents. There was elaborated and scientifically based the program of professional applied physical training and psyhohygienic correction of organism’ functional state, personal characteristics and professional suitability of pupils and students. Scientifically-backgrounded methodology of defined psychophysiological readiness of pupils’ and students’ organism to successful realization of professional activity in the sphere of railway transport.
