Object of the study is processes to motivations of the labour on domestic industrial enterprise. Objective of study is improvement of the theoretical positions and development practical recommendation on shaping the system to motivations workman industrial enterprise in condition of the market transformations, innovating change, intellection of the labour. Methods of research are historian-logical, in abstract-logical, complex approach, economy-statistical, inductions, deductions, abstractions, system analysis, economic and mathematical modelling and forecasting’s. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical motivation of the improvement to motivations of the labour on industrial enterprise; offers for professional growing workman and increasing of their preparation. Novelty is scientifically-theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations on shaping and improvement of the system to motivations of the labour on industrial enterprise in modern condition. Degree of the introduction by Ministry to coal industry Ukraine, РJC "Starokramatorskiy machine-building plant", Donetsk regional and Slavonic city council, SE "Research institute of high power".
