Essay

The results of complex treatment of patients suffering from destructive forms of acute pancreatitis using videolumboscopical techniques of drainage of parapancreatic and retroperitoneal spaces are given in the work. The author compared the effectiveness of using open techniques of drainage with videolumboscopical ones. The material for research was the information about 113 patients suffering from destructive pancreatitis. The main group of patients that was studied includes 42 people. The videolumboscopical invasion was used during the complex treatment of the patients mentioned above. The other group which was used for comparison and where patients were operated traditionally includes 71 people. Opening of parapancreatic phlegmons, sequestrectomy, sanitization and drainage of abscess emptiness of parapancreatic space were conducted using of videolumboscopia. During postoperational period videolumboscopical sanitizations of abscess spaces through drains were conducted. The author improved the algorithm of surgical tactics when destructive forms of acute pancreatitis. The suggested approach to surgical treatment of patients suffering from destructive pancreatitis and developed videolumboscopical technique of drainage of retroperitoneal and parapancreatic space made possible to reduce the time spent by operated patients in bed from 36,9±13,9 to 28,5±12,3 days, but lethal outcome from 23,9% to 19,0%.
