Essay

Object of research: process of social co-operation of bodies of local self-government and territorial bulk as a specific form of public power and realization of constitutional rights for citizens. Purpose: determination of tendencies, foreground jobs and features of forming of social co-operation of bodies of local self-government and territorial bulk in the conditions of democratization in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, historical and comparative, analysis of the systems, programmatic-having a special purpose design, structural approach. Results: the ways of further development of social co-operation of bodies of local self-government and public are certain. Novelty: the features of social co-operation in Ukraine in the context of creation of the democratic state are exposed; essence of social co-operation as a permanent collaboration of bodies of self-government, which are elected a local population, is specified; the models of realization of social solidarity within the scopes of citizen society, and also model of co-operation of the state and citizen society are certain; positions about simultaneity and interconditionality of creation of the system of social co-operation and institutes of citizen society are grounded. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Poltava region. Areas of use: local self-government, training and retraining of public servants of bodies of local self-government.
