Essay

The research object. The morphofunctional properties of organ culture and cryopreserved and recultured adrenal fragments of newborn piglets. The research aim. The investigation of influence of SIS-incapsulation on the function and structure properties of native organ cultures and cryopreserved and recultured under normo- and hypothermic conditions adrenal fragments of newborn piglets in vitro and at xenotransplantation. Research methods. Organ cultivation, cryopreservation with different cooling rates, spectrophotometric method of asumen of antiacid enzymes glutationperoxidase, glutationreductase and POL intensity, surgery method of adrenal insufficiency model (adrenalectomy), radioimmunological assay of hormones, phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages, biochemical method, light microscopy. For the first time the effect of organ cultures and cryopreserved and recultured under hypothermic conditions of SIS-incapsulated adrenal fragments of newborn piglets was shown.
