Essay

The dissertation is devoted consideration of functioning of higher representative organ of power of autonomy in Ukraine. From the conducted research basic functions which are carried out by Supreme Soviet of Autonomous Republic Crimea are abstracted. Consideration of representative, constituent, the function of laying down legal rules and control functions of this organ of power allows selecting problem questions in realization of activity of representative organ of autonomy and defining the ways of their permission.
