Essay

In the thesis the problems of proofs usage in administrative legal proceedings considering the renewal of citizens on public service are researched in complex. General theoretical analysis of the concepts "public service", "proofs in administrative legal proceedings" and others is also implemented. It is proved that the renewal on public service is in line of administrative courts. In order to make further thorough research and to be put into practice of national legislation the division of the proofs into separate kinds is suggested. The reason of such division is the existence of substantial delay of law regulation of actually existing relations.
