Essay

On the basis of the surgical treatment results analysis in 251 patients with II-B, III stages lower extremities chronic ischemia in a combination with ischemic heart disease we developed forecasting model of cardiac complications (with use of logistical regression method) tap prognostically significant risk factors of cardiac complications of the yielded category of patients. The medical tactics choice algorithm which is based on cardiac events risk assessment according to the developed mathematical model and new operative procedures for lower extremities chronic ischemia in a combination with ischemic heart disease was developed. Considering possibility to influence on modified risk factors, the developed the complex of preventive maintenance (organizational, surgical, pharmacological methods) for cardiac complications in patients with lower extremities chronic ischemia and ischemic heart disease that has allowed to reduce such complications from 7,4 % to 3,2 % (р<0,05), a lethality from 5,7 % to 1,6 % (р<0,05), that considerably improves surgical treatment results in yielded patients category
