Luciv N. Normative providing of evaluation of parameters ecologically restoration processes of water environments.

The dissertation is devoted to research quality of ecological information, ecological laboratory got facilities in water environment of lacustrine ekosystem. Procedure of sampling water in a lake and elements of the proper simulation mathematical model is offered for description of balance processes in the water environment of lake. Conceptual basis of introduction of plural of diagnostic signs is developed, which allow to optimize the proper algorithm and method of unclear inferencing information for the estimation of quality of functional properties of the system of devices of ecological laboratory.The algorithm of security of all of information (ecological character for reservoirs which are situated near the objects of industry of oil and gas booty) and evaluation of connections analysis is developed in the system «risk is a danger» on the basis of thermodynamics approach. Factor indexes which characterize quality of water environment are entered, and also integral index of rejections, which the estimation of rates of restoration processes is conducted by, and on the example of information for the lake of Svityaz gradations of ecological risk are set. The project of standard of «Requirement to the competence of ecological laboratories» for organization of activity of ecological laboratory in limnology is developed.
