The work main goal consists in the decision of an important scientific and technical problem of virtual enterprises formation efficiency increasing at the expense of creation and introduction of methods, models and means of multistage agents' selection information technology. Object of research is virtual enterprises formation process. Subject of research - methods, models and means as elements of multistage agents' selection information technology for formation of the virtual enterprises. Methods of system analysis, methods of operations research for working out virtual enterprises system model mathematical apparatus; elements of management, contracts theories, relations marketing, expert estimations for multistage agents selection model creation and working out virtual enterprises formation functional problems; methods of program complexes creation and the theory of algorithms for working out multistage agents selection technology software for virtual enterprises formation were used. Received results scientific novelty consists in information retrieval technologies of the analysis and multistage agents' selection method creation for the first time. New scientific results received by the author: -models of agents interaction for information retrieval technology of multistage agents selection processes management and their qualities definition taking into account environment, expenses and realization time, that allows structure optimizing, preparation and selection works structure are received for the first time; - The model of information retrieval technology of multistage agents' selection processes management and definition of their structure is constructed and investigated; - the method of virtual enterprise members versatile resources integration on the basis of the constructed model that allows to improve a choice by the expanded analysis of agents qualities is improved; - virtual enterprises classification by business processes taking into account different stages of life cycle that has allowed constructing multistage agents selection method has had the further development. Practical value of the received results consists in finishing received results to concrete engineering techniques, algorithms, models of agents' selection for the virtual enterprises. While providing researches information technologies of the virtual partnership structure analysis on the basis of the business processes qualitative description is developed. Work results are introduced in manufacture and in the curriculum of the Cherkassy state technological university.
