Essay

The thesis is devoted to the complex of administrative responsibility for the breach of Cultural Heritage Law of Ukraine. Special attention is given to the research of legal nature and the crux of the category "cultural heritage" in correlation with allied categories and of the ground to make accountable for the offences in cultural heritage protection sphere, of administrative offences proceedings. Administrative offences, committed in the sphere of cultural heritage protection, are defined. A number of propositions to introduce amendments and additions to Ukraine legislation in the sphere of cultural heritage protection were stated.
