On the basis of system approach to studding opiate addiction in adolescents in the work the objective and subjective factors of drug abuse forming. It is worked out the psychological model of factors in forming opiate addiction in adolescent. The causal importance of microsocial and subjective individual-biological, individual-psychological and personal-psychological factors in opiate addiction in adolescents are revealed. The role of social including microsocial, psychological and social-psychological factors in forming personality and behaviour are shown at the studied pathology.
