Romaniv I. Optimization of surgical treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with diabetic foot syndrome

The thesis provides a new theoretical synthesis and scientific problem solving to improve the overall performance of pathogenetic treatment of diabetic foot syndrome. The analysis of examination and treatment of 235 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated by diabetic foot syndrome. Investigated the degree of violation of hemodynamic monitoring course of wound process complement clinical, cytological, microbiological and morphological criteria.
