Orlov A. Theoretical bases of sustainable development and functioning of mesoeconomic systems

Object of research: economic relations which form stable and permanent development of the mesoeconomic systems. Purpose of research: theoretical ground of possibility and necessity of steady development of the mesoeconomic systems, directions and terms of his achievement. Meth-ods of research: dialectical method; analytical methods: system, structural, complex, comparative, statistical; design methods, prognostications, and typological, logical generalization, dialectical method, method of extrapolations. Results: forming of strategy of steady development of the mesoeconomic systems is in a transformation economy; development of the theoretical and meth-odological providing of principles of functioning of the mesoeconomic systems on the base of the effective use of naturally-resource, industrial and investment potentials, that assists their steady de-velopment; classification of factors which influence on constancy of development socially of the economic systems of different levels; method of estimation of level of constancy of the economic system on the basis of clarification of gravimetric estimation of separate factors of steady develop-ment in a total integral score for countries with a transformation economy which is adapted for ap-plication on mesolevel of economy; estimation of degree of influence of globalization on develop-ment of the separate national states and mesoeconomic systems.
