The dissertation investigates theoretical and practically into the problem of methodical competence development in future communications officers within the framework of practical preparation. The purpose, principles, approaches, organization on the basis of scientific-methodological literature the aim, principles, reproaches, form of organization forms, techniques, pedagogical conditions, stages of development of methodical competence in future communication officers within the framework of practical preparation studying common and special military disciplines are highlighted according to scientific publications. The methodology for development of methodical competence formation of future signal officers within the framework of practical preparation is worked out, theoretically substantiated, tested and experientially checked. The efficiency of this methodology is determined by positive dynamics of inolices for methodical competence development in future communications officers within the framework of practical preparation.
