In dissertation aims, principles, approaches, organizational forms, methods and technics of teaching, pedagogical facilities, implementation phases, structural components of the special technical and tactical preparation of forcible declension of criminals by the future polis officers are revealed on the bans of scientific and methodical literature. Method of developing professional skills of cadets in the process of special technical and tactical training in higher educational institutions of the Ministry Internal Affairs of Ukraine is theoretically approved and experimentally checked. Its content is directed to the development of 5 mutually bounded components. 4 levels of readiness are described. Efficiency of the methods are indicated in the positive dynamics of change of indices of technical and tactical, common and special physical training of future police officers
