Olena V. Formation of social-economic responsibility system of the railway transport enterprises of Ukraine

Object of the study - the socioeconomic relations of enterprises with entities of external and internal environment. The Purpose - Development of theoretical foundations of socioeconomic liability of railway undertakings, the rationale of the conceptual approaches and practical recommendations for its formation, functioning and development. The Methods - the dialectical approach, systematic analysis, theoretical generalizations and comparison, abstract-logical method, SWOT-analysis. Practical importance – results application with regard to rising of the socioeconomic responsibility of railway undertakings in their practice, including recommendations on improving of the planning and promotion of business units, assessing of results in implementation of enterprises’ socioeconomic liability, social programs selecting and planning. The Degree of the introduction - the number of proposed provisions of the thesis is included during the strategies of social and economic liability generation of railway undertakings, partly embedded in the activity of LLC “Agro-Trade Company” and applied in the educational process of the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport in teaching economic disciplines. Got results scientific novelty - a comprehensive conception of the formation, operation and development of socioeconomic liability of railway undertakings is developed; the essence of the concept "socioeconomic responsibility of business enterprise" is defined; similarity and oddness of the categories " socioeconomic responsibility of business enterprise" and "internal economic calculation of economic enterprise” are determined; methodical approach for priority areas of social branch and enterprise development identifying is developed; the mechanism of material staff departments and divisions promoting using the integral coefficient of their fulfillment of the whole enterprise and their own structural units targets is suggested; the characteristics of the features of socioeconomic liability companies impact on the level and manifestations of their competitiveness at the domestic and international transportation market is provided; the strengths and weaknesses and contradictions of the existing practice of socioeconomic responsibility of business enterprises in the railway transport of Ukraine are summarized; suggestions for enhancing of the sectoral socioeconomic policy role during solving of the problems of social economic liability of railway undertakings are provided; the methodological approaches of social and economic liability of railway undertakings assessing are examined.
