Theoretical bases of government control of innovative infrastructure are investigational in dissertation; the basic models of underlying structure of innovative processes are analysed; foreign experience of the developed countries is analysed in the policy of innovative regional development; the priority tasks of local authorities are found out in relation to government control of innovative infrastructure at regional level; the model of innovative development of region is developed; basic directions of state support of innovative policy are offered at regional level; recommendations are developed from improvement of mechanisms of government control of infrastructure of regional innovative activity.
