Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and practical problems of concession of permission services by the subjects of public administration. In the work it is studied the concept of public service, it is generalized its understanding in science and practice. It is fixed a concept and signs of permission service and it place among other public services. It is analyzed legislation in Ukraine which regulates the order of concession of permission services, it is constituted the signs of administrative-law relations of concession of permission services on the basis of general signs of administrative-law relations, concretizing it in accordance with the specific of that sphere, which they arise up in.
