The work defines the place and peculiarities of State Committee for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine in the system of state executive organs, specifies essence and structure of its administrative legal status to the elements of which taken: aims, tasks, functions, competence, organizationally-structural block, responsibility. It characterizes legal bases of State Committee's for Financial Monitoring of Ukraine activity, specifies its tasks, functions, organizational structure, competence and powers. Implementation of plenary powers of the State committee of the financial monitoring of Ukraine phases are perfected in relation to counteraction to legalization of profits.
