Chapala O. Administrative and Legal Regulation of Service at Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine

The process and consequences of made research concerning problems of improvement administrative and legal relations and elaboration of legislation that regulates the process of service at internal affairs agencies of Ukraine in conditions of integration into a new status of a sovereign state are presented in the thesis. Problem on complex reforming of the approach to improvement the methods that are the fundament for department of personnel of internal affairs agencies of Ukraine is researched. Urgency of the research is that the work on improvement activity of internal affairs agencies of Ukraine must be conducted on the basis of thoroughly considered, scientifically grounded and tested in practice systematic approach in unified complex.
