Plohoy I. Administrative and Legal Forms of Guaranteeing Public Order in Ukraine by the State Authorities

Thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of using different administrative and legal forms of guaranteeing public order by the state authorities. Theoretical and legal grounds of the state authorities' activity in the sphere of public order are viewed in this thesis; notion, contents and essence of public order are researched; the system of the state authorities in the sphere of keeping public order is characterized. Competence and powers of the state authorities in the sphere of keeping public order are studied according different scientific views; theoretical, normative and legal grounds determining the notion and essence of competence and powers of the state authorities in the sphere of keeping public order are analyzed.
