Perova O. Bargains which violate public order regarding

This dissertation is devoted to complex research of concept and essence of bargains, which violate public order, and legal consequences of their accomplishment. This is the first time when the research of bargains which violate public order regarding to Civil Code of Ukraine is conducted at scientific level. Researches of bargains which violate public order are carried out in historical development and in comparison of approaches to its regulations in different legal systems. General description of bargains and terms of their reality, features and law consequences of accomplishment of bargain, which violate public order are quoted as well.
