Osmirko I. The ensuration of personnel’s labour intellectualisation (on the basis of cokechemical enterprises)

Object of research is the process of personnel's labour intellectualisation. The purpose of research is the further development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations on provision of personnel's labour intellectualisation (on the basis of cokechemical enterprises). The methods of research is system analysis, structural and logic analysis, economic and statistic analysis, the graphical, sociological analysis, expert evaluations, factorial modeling. Theoretical and practical results. The methodical approach to forming of personnel's labour intellectualisation resource provision system that is based on determination of material, tehnikal and technological capability of the enterprise to generate and use objects of intellectual property; an estimation of the enterprise mental potential level that considers vocational level of the personnel, enterprise material support; the methodical approach to process of personnel's labour intellectualisation that performed on the basis of determination of the enterprise personnel qualifying level provision priority directions are got further development. Use of the information and communication, financial and material, technological, intellectual and personified kinds of provision of personnel's labour intellectualisation as components of factorial model; structurization of the personnel's labour intellectualisation factors at the expense of allocation technological, economic, social and cultural, demographic, globalizatsional and integration components; the concept maintenance "personnel's labour intellectualisation " that offered for treating as complex process of increase in the intellectual saturation of the work maintenance are improved. Scientific results of research are used in work of the State Institute on Designing of the Cokechemical Industry Enterprises "GIPROCOCS" (the certificate № 96/02 from 11. 02. 2010). The basic theoretical developments are used at the Kharkov Regional Institute of National Academy of Public Administration at the President of Ukraine (the certificate № 01-1454/01 from 27. 09. 2010).
