In work the concept, signs, the legal nature and models of the administrative justice are opened; historical research of formation of the administrative justice in Ukraine is carried out; the modern state of legal provision of the administrative justice is determined; the guarantees of the administrative justice are formulated; the European standards in sphere of the administrative justice are researched; the characteristic of the administrative legal proceedings as process form of the administrative justice is given.
