Basheev O. Sub-Total abdominal super-anal resection of the straight intestine

Object of research - the direct, remote and functional results of treatment straight intestine cancer after subtotal removal of a rectum on the developed method, medical and social rehabilitation. A research objective: to develop a method of surgical treatment of a straight intestine cancer which will allow to improve the direct, remote and functional results of treatment of patients. Research methods - clinical, immunological, endoscopic (procto(sigmoido)scopy, fiberscopy), histologic, radiological, ultrasonic, a computer tomography, the statistical analysis. Novelty - the new type of a resection of a rectum introduced - two-step sphincterosavingic method of subtotal supraanal removals of a rectum with bringing down segmented intestine on perineum which allows extraperitoneal to form low colorectal anastomosis for the first time is offered; for the first time the functional condition of the closing device of a rectum and large intestine in the conditions of low generated supraanal colorectal anastomosis is studied. Results - advantage of the developed method of subtotal supraanal removals resection is proved before methods of low forward resections of a rectum; the complex of the actions directed on knocking over and preventive maintenance of complications which accompany operations concerning a rectum cancer in the preoperative and postoperative periods is offered; tactics chemoradiation therapy is optimised at the combined and complex treatment of a rectum cancer. It is introduced in practice "the Donetsk regional antineoplastic centre", the City oncological clinic of of Mariupol, the City oncological clinic of Gorlovka, hospital №16 of Donetsk.
