Object - a complex of works on formation and development of system of certification land, cartographical and geoinformaion production; methods - formalization, modelling, discrete mathematics, the theory графов, linear programming, indistinct logic, conceptual modelling with use of language UML; novelty - is offered operational model of system of certification, the mathematical model of system of certification as optimization task, for the first time is developed mathematical model of a substantiation of kinds and forms of production, for obligatory certification on the basis risk - guided of the approach for the first time is developed; results - the estimation of the general risk level for ortofotoplans is determined depending on their purpose; branch - a geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics.
