Essay

The dissertation is devoted to optimization of perioperative management of patients with acute pancreatitis basing on methods of energybiocorrection. For the first time in patients with acute pancreatitis (AP) worked out particular features of pancreatogenic stress and its course had been described: stress-activation, stress-progression and stress-injury. Necessity of antiinflamatory directed anesthesia combined with methods had been proved. Systemic energybiomonitoring allows to use methods of energybiocorrection in advance. According to the stress-reaction stages the perioperative methods of energybiocorrection had been worked out (status-stabilization for stress-activation, energyresuscitation for stress-progression and status-correction for stress-injury), combination of one with standards had excluded mortality in patient with stress-injury and had caused decrease in bed-day in general subgroups.
