Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of prognosis of complications of an acute destructive pancreatitis at the stages of surgical treatment. It was established that by the method of logistic regression such findings as protein, bilirubin, amount of leucocytes and relating to stabneutrophile neutrophils in a peripheric blood make up a high prognostic value. Little-invasive interventions are expedient in the treatment of acute destructive pancreatitis and in case of favorable disease course are sufficient. In case of unfavorable disease course they must be the first stage ones in surgical treatment which allows to reduce the number of complication and prepare patient to traditional surgical intervention. Performing of the defined treatment tactics in patients with an acute destructive pancreatitis corresponding to the phases of the inflammatory process, allows to reduce the number of possible complications by 10,2%, to lessen the number of relaparotomies by 14,6% and post-operative lethality – up to 10,6%.7452
