Ivasyuk E. Substantiation of differentiated methods of the dysfunctional uterine bleeding treatment in female patients of early reproductive age.

It was found that in patients of early reproductive age dysfunctional uterine bleedings (DUB) most often occur due to anovulatory menstrual cycles accompanied both by hypo- and hyperestrogenaemia. The results showed that in young women with DUB anxiety scores are higher than average and that their autonomic nervous system is desynchronized in the direction of sympathicotonia. It was discovered that morphologic substrate of uterine bleedings in young women is presented by deficient secretory changes with desynchronic glands' transformation, progesterone receptors' insufficiency and antiangiogenic factors' elevation. The necessity of applying therapeutic complex which includes hormonal and nonhormonal components of fibrinolysis inhibitors, metabolic processes activators, herbal medications with dophaminergic and tranquilizing effect was substantiated for young women with DUB.
