Essay

The thesis focuses on the actual problem of modern pediatrics - improving the health in young school children by improving their adaptive-reserve possibilities capacity of the human body's by correcting disbalance of the most important macro-and micronutrients using functional food products and vitamin-mineral complexes. Proved that the adaptive possibilities of the human body's in healthy children is closely linked with the state of macro-and microelement homeostasis, calcium-phosphorus metabolism and antioxidant-prooxidant balance. Heterogeneous group of healthy urban and rural children in the content of some macro-and micronutrients, providing the body with vitamin D3 first are established, that motivation select group of children with deficiency of calcium and vitamin D-deficiency, as well as macro-and microelement disbalance at risk for development as metabolic disorders and osteoporosis in the future and for their timely correction of these disorders. Determined that in most in healthy young school children of the combination of factors appears typical risk of adaptation of the human body's is formed unfavorable background that consists of the disbalance of micro and macro, the antioxidant activity enzymes, decreased activity of oxidative enzymes. Adaptive nature of the violation of children's reactions of the human body's largely associated with the operation of disbalance of micro and macro, oxidative stress, decrease in activity of antioxidant enzymes, oxidative activity and violation of lysosomal enzymes are proved. Shown that the use of reasonable correction using vitamin and mineral complexes and functional food promotes the normalization disorders adaptation-reserve possibilities and improve the health in young school children.
