Essay

Morphogenetic capacity of isolated organs and tissue of sweet cherry cultivars: Prizersha, Rybinova Rannya, Skazka, Talisman, Anons depended from time of selection, type and sterilization of explant have been revealed. Dependence of microshoots morphogenesis in vitro from genotype has been shown. 4 types of root forming in vitro have been shown. The plant adaptation in vivo reached to 63%. The biotechnological methods of clonal micropropagation have been determined and biotechnological scheme of in vitro propagation of virusfree sweet cherry cultivars has been presented.
