Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of peculiarities in morphofunctional properties of erythrocytes, heart rate variety, plasma serum cortisol, endothelin I and aldosterone concentration in the patients with ІІ stage essential hypertension (EH), and to the study of expediency of hypoxytherapy includsnq to the medicamental treatment. It is established on the grounds of complex research that transgression of morphofunctional properties of erythrocytes takes place in the patients with ІІ stage essential hypertension comparatively to the healthy people. The expediency of usage of the hypoxytherapy course next to the standard antihypertension therapy with the purpose of correctinq the morphofunctional parameters of erythrocytes, neurohumoral disbalance and changes of central hemodynamic among the patients is grounded in this work.
