Katsyuba Y. Features of left ventricle remodeling and state of endothelial function in patients with ischemic heart disease after the coronary artery bypass grafting and stenting of coronary arteries

Thesis is devoted to the study of cardiohaemodinamics peculiarities, changes of heart rate variability, state of endothelial function on the ground of the study concentration of level of endothelin-1 and active nitric oxide metabolites in patients with ischemic heart disease with the myocardial infarction after surgical treatment - coronary artery bypass grafting or stenting of coronary arteries on a background of standard drug therapy. It is proved in work, that in patients with ischemic heart disease after myocardial infarction and surgical treatment - coronary artery bypass grafting or stenting of coronary arteries - on a background of standard drug therapy the reliable positive changes of the indexes of cardiohaemodinamics, indexes of heart rate variability and the state of endothelial function took place, as compared to the patients with ischemic heart disease after the myocardial infarction, which needed operative treatment, but on one or another circumstances had not it. The complex of obligatory standard drug therapy for patients with the myocardial infarction in anamnesis both after the operative treatment ischemic heart disease and without it. Was determined the necessity of dynamic supervision is proved in the remote postoperative period for the patients with ischemic heart disease after coronary artery bypass grafting or stenting of coronary arteries
