Essay

Analysis of legal grounds and implementation of state control of activities the foreign military formations in Ukraine especially in property relations has been made in the dissertation. Also directions and mechanisms of such control were grounded. The integral mechanism of state control of activities the foreign military formations in Ukraine was developed which stipulates accomplishment of measures aimed at implementation of new organizational forms of interdepartmental control and departmental control especially by means of creation in the realm of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine an advisory body for systematizations and improvement of state control of activities the foreign military formations in Ukraine.
