Kvit A. Videolaparoscopy in diagnostic and treatment of abdominal trauma.

The object is patients with abdominal trauma, operated classically or using videolaparoscopy; the aims to – improve the quality of abdominal trauma patients medical treatment; the methods are retrospective analyzes of patients hospital cards and prospective analyzes of abdominal trauma patients treatment results; the new approach lies in for the first time studied the objective changes of stress response in patients with abdominal trauma after using open vs. videolaparoscopical diagnostic and treatment methods; the main include – reduced the quantity of diagnostic laparotomies, adaptation and implantation of diagnostic-and-treating algorithms using diagnostic and therapeutic laparoscopy in abdominal trauma patients; all this thesis has been developed by city and regional surgical clinics; the field is Surgery.
