Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of important task of cardiology - optimization of diagnostics and treatment of patients with hypertension, atrial fibrillation and cardioembolic stroke on the basis of complex assessment of interrelation between systemic, intracardiac and cerebral hemodynamics and structural-functional heart condition. High frequency of ventricle arrhythmias and episodes of latent AV-nodal conduction is appraised. The pecularities of structural-functional heart condition and its interrelation with myocardial electrical instability are studied. Frequency of atherosclerotic lesion, stenosis degree, occurrence of hypoechoic plaques were analyzed. The close interrelations between myocardial electrical instability, structural-functional heart condition and cerebral blood flow were performed. These interrelations indicate the parallelism between heart and cerebral lesion in patients with hypertension and atrial fibrillation. The efficiency of Mexicor treatment and its influence on clinical state, blood pressure circadian rhythm, myocardial electrical instability, cerebral blood flow is studied in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation and cardioembolic stroke.
