The thesis is devoted to complex analysis of legal status of Public enforcement service as a subject of financial activity, to characterization of realization of its financial and legal status and the means of improvement of current legislation of Ukraine in this field. The work shows the essence and special features of public financial activity and the participation of Public enforcement service in such activity. The theoretical definition of financial and legal status of Public enforcement service were introduced.
