Sorochyk Y. Administrative legal support of counteraction to the organized criminality

This dissertation comprises a complex research on the administrative legal support of counteraction to the organized criminality. In accordance with the assigned objective the author has provided definition to the term of "organized criminality", has made suggestions as to the alterations and addenda to the legal texts of Ukraine, which include the principles of law, providing legal foundations for counteraction to the organized criminality, has improved the definition of the elements of the administrative legal support of counteraction to the organized criminality. The system of parties of counteraction to the organized criminality on a national level has been described in a new way, the actions of such parties on an international level have been analyzed, and the issues of collaboration with the national level parties have been solved.
