Zhadinskiy A. Development of wound process correction method accelerating purulent wounds healing (experimental and clinical study)

Subject of inquiry: suppurative wound process; The aim of the research: To improve the results of purulent wounds treatment through development of a method for accelerating autolytic cleansing processes; Methods: clinical, cytological, bacteriological, immunological, cell cultivation, system analysis, statistic; Scientific novelty: Expedience of blood autoleukocytes introduction into the purulent wound after its surgical debridement together with the composite for accelerating mononuclear cells transformation to macrophages immediately within the wound has been first substantiated experimentally and pathogenetically with the use of system analysis, the efficacy of the method being proposed has been first verified based on the analysis of dynamical examination of clinical, cytological, microbiological changes in patients with necrotic suppurative lower extremity lesions against the background of diabetes mellitus: at the method application, the first phase of the wound process is reduced in duration compared with the standard course of treatment; Results: The established method of suppurative wound local treatment allows to reduce the term of wound cleansing from pus and necrotic tissues from 11.3±0.8 to 7.6±0.3 days (р<0.01), thus promoting the second phase of the wound process 1.5±0.09 times faster than conventional topical treatment; it is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; sphere - medical practice.
