Subject of inquiry: postoperative complications: anastamosis, stenosis, hem narrowings of gastroduodeanastamosis and sites of guts anastamosis after duodenoplastics and piloroduodenoplastics and after resection of stomach and gets; The aim of the research: the decrease of quantity of postoperative complications and increase of efficiency of interventions at the expense of working out and experimental-clinical substantiation of expediency of the employment in the surgical practice of the improved variants of antistenosis terminal end-to-end anastamosis with the renovation of bodies in gastro-intestinal tract; Methods: anatomical angiografical, macro and microscopic, morphological, instrumental, roentgenological, endoscopic and statistical; Scientific novelty: With the help of Roentgenological and endoscopic methods of research their functional state and peculiarities of morphological regeneration of the line of stitches of antistenosis terminal end-to-end anastamosis (ASTA) in different terms after interventions have been proved. It is developed more perfect surgical technique equipment of formation ASTA which raises efficiency of intervention. When the resections of stomach is done the method of formation of direct anastamosis gastroduodeno anastamosis improves the result. The method of piloroduodenoplastics is improved. For the first time the experimental, clinical and morphological substantiation of expediency of use in clinical practice of the improved methods of formation ASTA is given; Results: The advanced techniques of formation of ASTA have allowed to lower quantity of postoperative complications (with 37,2% up to 5,6%) to warn narrowing and stenosis in the early postoperative period, to reduce performance and to increase efficiency of interventions; it is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; sphere - medical practice.
