The dissertation is devoted to the research of organizational-legal grounds of the office paperwork in the bodies of State Tax Service of Ukraine. The author has analyzed the historic peculiarities and development tendencies of office paperwork in the ministries and departments, and their impact on the contemporary office paperwork in law-enforcement bodies. The process of scientific research evolution in the field of the office paperwork role in the state tax service bodies has been described. The origin and the role of office paperwork in the state tax service activity provision and office paperwork system have been researched and also its elements in the state tax service bodies in the conditions of general society informatization.
