Lazarchuk O. Influence of corporative conflict upon the efficiency of managing agricultural enterprises

Thesis is dedicated to learning and development of theoretical and methodologi-cal principles, applied recommendations as for simulation of the efficiency in managing agricultural enterprises based on evaluation and managing the potential of corporative conflict as the strategy creative factor of development. The thesis methodologically backgrounds the role and significance of potential of corporative conflict as the factor of improvement of efficiency in functioning the modern native enterprises based on sys-tematic improvement of managing process; methodological and methodical approaches to the evaluation and simulation of efficiency of such management as well as corre-sponding model of enterprise development have been developed on this base. There had been described the theoretical and methodological principles of nature and dynamics of corporative conflict on enterprise as the managing object, peculiarities of technologies and forms of their regulations, specified the content of corresponding category apparatuses in conflict theory. There had been made the social and economic analysis of peculiarities of corporative conflicts and their regulation in contemporary agricultural enterprises in condition of their variable state, including the crises one. There had bee developed the system of strategically oriented activities, directed at en-suring the efficient development of agricultural enterprises on the basis of potential re-alization of corporate conflicts.
